Easy Fettuccine Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 oz. fettuccine pasta
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened and cubed
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp. salt
Optional Variations:
- 1 cup shredded chicken
- ¼ cup crumbled bacon
- 1 cup diced ham
- ½ cup spinach
Directions
- Place pasta in Microwave Pasta Maker and fill with water halfway.
- Microwave on high power uncovered for 9-10 minutes or until al dente.
- Once pasta is cooked, cover and strain, reserve pasta water to make the sauce.
- While pasta is still hot, add cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder and salt. Add ½ cup of pasta water and stir to combine. If needed, add more pasta water to obtain desired consistency. Discard remaining pasta water.
- Add optional variations if desired, mix well and serve warm.
