  • How often do I need to replace my Tupperware?
    • Tupperware® brand products are warranted by Tupperware against chipping, cracking, breaking or peeling under normal non-commercial use for the lifetime of the product. Products marked with a Q (Quality Warranty) or G (30-day guarantee) are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects.   • How do I clean my Tupperware? Are Tupperware products dishwasher safe?
    • Most products purchased after 9/3/79 are made to be dishwasher safe. Refer to the product insert or look for dishwasher symbol on bottom of each product to determine whether it’s dishwasher safe and if it is, which rack it should be placed on. To prevent odors and staining, it is also beneficial to rinse with cold water immediately after use. Avoid the use of abrasives, including baking soda, which may dull the finish.
  • Is Tupperware microwave safe?
    • Refer to the product insert or look for microwave symbol (three wavy lines) on bottom of each product to determine whether it’s microwave safe.
  • What is your return policy?
    • If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return items purchased online within 30 days of delivery. Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, less any shipping fees, in the original method of payment.
  • Can I try out products before purchasing?
    • The amazing thing about Tupperware is that you are able to walk into one of our many Tupperware Studios or connect with a local independent rep who can invite you to a demo or have a demo for you.
