Ingredients
- 56 oz. canned crushed tomatoes
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- cup low-sodium vegetable broth
- 3 tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- ½ cup heavy cream
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except for heavy cream, in base of Microwave Pressure Cooker. Cover, lock in place and microwave on high power 15 minutes.
- At the end of cooking time, allow pressure to release naturally.
- Remove cover and add heavy cream. Stir to combine and serve warm.
