Ingredients
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- cup coconut milk
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 14.25 oz. white box cake mix
- 3 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 ¼ cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp. powdered sugar
- ½-cup chocolate hazelnut spread
- Strawberries, rinsed and dried
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F/ 180C. Grease Silicone Loaf Form with vegetable oil and set aside.
- In base of Whip N’ Mix Chef, place eggs, milk, butter and half of cake mix. Replace cover and turn handle on gear I until well combined. Add remaining cake mix, switch to gear II and continue turning handle until fully combined.
- Pour half of the cake batter in the Silicone Loaf Form. Mix in cocoa powder to remaining batter then add to Silicone Loaf Form. Swirl with a toothpick.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Make chocolate mousse by mixing remaining ingredients in Whip N’ Mix Chef on gear II until thick and well combined.
- Remove stems from strawberries then cut into a heart shape.
- Unmold loaf and let cool completely. Serve with chocolate mousse and heart strawberries.
