Ingredients
- 25 oz. /750 mL white wine (such as Riesling or Pinot Grigio)
- 1 pt. raspberry sorbet
- 0.75 oz. mint
Directions
- Use Corkscrew to open the bottle of wine and set aside.
- Scoop raspberry sorbet using the Ice Cream Scoop into a wine glass.
- Add mint leaves then 4 oz. of wine. Repeat process for remaining ingredients.
- Swirl lightly to mix and serve.
