Roasted Garlic Dip

Ingredients
- 2 heads of garlic
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- ¼ cup water
- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup mayo
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Add garlic with peels on and olive oil to base of MicroPro Grill and mix to combine. Move the garlic to the center and add water carefully towards the side so it settles around the edges. Cover in casserole position and microwave on high power for 10 minutes. At the end of cooking time, let cool slightly and then peel each garlic clove.
- In SuperSonic Chopper Tall, add garlic, yogurt and mayo. Replace cover and pull cover until well combined. Season to taste and serve.
