Ingredients
- ½ bunch fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1 small red onion, finely sliced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- ¼ watermelon, diced into 1 inch cubes
Directions
- In Thatsa medium bowl, combine mint, red onion, lime juice and feta.
- Fold in watermelon and carefully combine to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
