Ingredients
- 1 lb. pizza dough
- All-purpose flour for rolling the dough
- 1-cup chocolate and hazelnut spread
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 15 chocolate cream cookies, crushed
- Unflavored dental floss, for cutting the rolls
- ½-cup heavy cream
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ½-cup heavy cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375F/190C.
- Place Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim on stable surface and sprinkle flour on top. Roll out thin to the size of the silicone sheet.
- Spread chocolate hazelnut spread all over the surface of the dough, sprinkle cinnamon evenly on top and finally add cookie crumbs on top.
- Carefully roll up dough tightly starting on the long side. Move the dough to the center of the baking sheet and cut off a long piece of dental floss (about 12 inches). Place it underneath the dough with long pieces coming out from each side, then cross the floss and pull on opposite directions until it cuts all the way through the dough. Repeat steps two inches apart so each roll is two inches thick. Continue process with remaining dough.
- Place rolls in base of 1.5-Qt./1.6L UltraPro Round, then add heavy cream on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden on top.
- Meanwhile in small bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and heavy cream until smooth. If desired, add additional heavy cream to adjust consistency.
- Add cream cheese mixture on top of the rolls and serve warm.
